Booking Policies

Rates are per room, per night.
Breakfast is available for €10 per person, per day.
A 25% deposit of the total booking amount is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is payable upon arrival.
If a double room is used by a single person, the charge is 80% of the regular double room price.
Adding an extra bed in a single or double room increases the room rate by 20%.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 22 days or more before arrival receive a full refund of the deposit, minus a €25 administrative fee.

• Cancellations made 21 days or fewer before arrival result in forfeiture of the deposit (non-refundable).

• If rooms are reserved for a certain period but not used fully or partially, compensation equal to 50% of the unused nights’ price is payable.

Check-in / Check-out

• Check-in: from 15:00 (3:00 PM)

• Check-out: by 11:00 AM

Parking

• On-site parking is available for an additional €5 per day.

• Parking spaces are limited, so advance reservation is required.

Pets

• Pets up to 8 kg are allowed only upon prior request. Approval must be confirmed before arrival.

Pool

• Pool hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM daily.

• Children under 14 years old are not permitted to use the pool without adult supervision.

Guest Conduct and Leasing Conditions

• The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation if a guest:

  • Appears conspicuously ill

  • Is under the influence of alcohol

  • Has an untidy appearance

• Guests are kindly requested not to receive visitors in their rooms during nighttime and quiet hours.

• Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM and 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM daily.

• Please avoid slamming doors or making loud noises in corridors during quiet hours to respect other guests.
