Booking Policies

  • Rates are quoted per room, per night.

  • Breakfast is available at an additional cost of €10 per person, per day.

  • A deposit of 25% of the total booking amount is required to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance is payable upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 22 days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date are eligible for a full refund of the deposit, less a €25 administrative fee.

  • Cancellations made 21 days or fewer prior to arrival will result in the forfeiture of the deposit, which is non-refundable.

Check-in / Check-out

  • Check-in: From 15:00 (3:00 PM)

  • Check-out: By 11:00 AM

Parking

  • On-site parking is available for an additional fee of €5 per day.

  • Parking spaces are limited, and advance reservation is required to guarantee availability.
